Attorney advertising & no legal advice
This website is attorney advertising. Its content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, or investment advice. Reading this site, contacting Randall, or submitting information through this site does not create an attorney–client relationship. No such relationship is formed until Randall and a client sign a written engagement agreement and Randall confirms there is no conflict of interest. You should not act on any information on this site without seeking advice from qualified counsel about your specific situation. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome.
No confidential information
Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or time-critical information to Randall through this website, the contact form, the booking tool, or by email until a formal engagement is in place. Unsolicited information may not be treated as confidential or privileged.
Offshore & foreign law
Randall provides United States legal services. Offshore vehicles and matters of foreign law are handled in coordination with qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction. Randall does not practice the law of jurisdictions in which its attorneys are not admitted.

We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession, including secure email and document handling. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information as long as needed for the purposes described here and as required by applicable law and professional rules.
